Deutsch
Until now, swimsuits were more reminiscent of swimming lessons. But in terms of style, the current swimsuits are anything but boring. From the cool surfer piece to romantic frilly models to wicked cut-outs, as a tight monokini, comfortable tankini or stylish bikini: there is suddenly a lot going on in swimwear. Here are some patterns and inspirations for sewing swimwear.

Front Pattern/Neckline and Armhole
1 Lower the neckline 2.5 cm at the shoulder and 2.0 cm at the centre front. Draw the new front neckline. Mark the front panel seam 3.5 cm away from the centre front at the neckline and draw the front panel seam nicely curved to the bust point. The keyhole neckline is 25 cm deep and 2 cm wide (1/2 width).
2 Relocate the bust dart to the waist dart for drafting the armhole. Mark the shoulder strap 3.5 cm wide and lower the armhole 3 cm. Draw the armhole curve as shown.
