Grading is the process of increasing or decreasing the size of a pattern. This technique is mainly used to translate already worked out pattern into other sizes during industrial production. But it can also be relevant for tailors who want to create a size set of a pattern in order to make cutting more efficient. The measurements used are based on the new measurement chart from M. Müller & Sohn, but the scheme can also be transferred to a other measurement chart.
