Pattern Traditional Costume Vests for Women

The pattern includes four traditional costume vests for women in European sizes 36 – 50.

Details classic vest:

• waisted vest with stand-up collar
• button placket with eyelet buttonholes in centre front
• armhole hems and collar edge with decorative appliqué
• waist darts in front from hem to bust point
• rounded hem in front
• shoulder and waist darts at back
• straight hem in back
• seam in centre back
• ease to chest circumference is 5.0 cm

Details vest with pleated peplum:

• square, curved neckline with decorative appliqué at front
• slightly rounded V-neck with decorative appliqué at the back
• centre front fastening with hooks and eyes butt to butt
• split seams up to the peplum seam
• rounded hem in front peplum section
• peplum with centre box pleat at back
• Viennese seams and centre back seam in the back section
• ease to chest circumference is 5.0 cm

Details vest with pointed hem:

• square neckline in the front and back / back part
• eyelet buttonhole placket at front with 3x 3 buttons
• tapered hem in centre front
• piped princess seams and waist darts at front and back
• piped edges
• ease to chest circumference is 5.0 cm

Details vest with stand-up collar:

• stand-up collar with decorative appliqué
• oval neckline in the front
• neckline, collar, and front edge with piping
• short eyelet buttonhole placket in front section
• piped princess seams in the front and back up to the peplum seam
• peplum in front and back
• seam in centre back to peplum
• ease to chest circumference is 5.0 cm
